SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy: As a result of the ongoing global supply chain challenges, some of our items may experience extended lead times. Please contact us before checkout if you require an estimated lead time. Please keep in mind that our products are custom or semi-custom and are produced in small batches for quality control. Occasionally, we may have entire runs of parts sell out in one day. We recommend pre-ordering parts to avoid delays. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you tracking information. In-stock items usually ship on the next business day. Larger custom items, such as wings, front splitters, etc. will ship via UPS Ground.

 

Return Policy: We accept returns for unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please send an email to pitcrew@intelliaero.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant information (e.g., order invoice or email conversations). We will review the request and provide you with an RMA number if necessary. Customers are responsible for paying a 20% restocking fee and all applicable return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 24-72 hours.

 

Exchange Policy: You may exchange orders or items for a similar product prior to shipment. If your order has already shipped, you will need to pay for the return shipping of the original order. Once we receive the original order, we will ship the replacement or exchanged item.
